Sébastien Lefebvre (né sur le nom de Gaëtan-Jean Sébastien Lefebvre le 5 juin 1981 à Montréal) est le guitariste et chanteur (voix d'arrière-plan) de Simple Plan. Il a grandi en banlieue de Montréal (Laval et les environs) et y vit toujours. Il a un frère et deux s½urs. C'est le plus jeune des 5 musiciens. Quelques membres de sa famille vivent à Victoriaville.
